David is a principal of Aligned Equity Group, LLC where he is responsible for the company’s real estate investment and capitalization strategy.  David has more than 30 years’ experience in transaction, investment, finance, and capitalization across all real estate asset class, with particular success in structuring seniors housing real estate investments.  David is also a co-founder of Provision Living, the sole operating partner of all AEG seniors housing facilities.
