Jim is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Aligned Equity Group, LLC where he oversees all aspects of the company’s strategy, operations and alignment activities including acquisition, structuring and capitalization of the company’s proposed investments.  Jim strives to unlock the purpose and ingenuity of those around him. He loves to be a part of a team that brings out the best in each other.
