Kirk is a principal of Aligned Equity Group, LLC where he focuses on the company’s multi-family investment strategy.  Over the course of his career, Kirk has developed, acquired, and managed over 20,000 multi-family rental units in the St. Louis area, and as the President and CEO of Mills Properties he oversees all aspects of its portfolio currently valued in excess of $900 million.  Mills Properties is the sole operating partner of all AEG multi-family communities.
