Kirk is a principal of Aligned Equity Group, LLC where he focuses on the company’s multi-family investment strategy.  Over the course of his career, Kirk has developed, acquired, and managed over 20,000 multi-family rental units in the St. Louis area, and as the President and CEO of Mills Properties he oversees all aspects of its portfolio. Mills Properties is the sole operating partner of all AEG multi-family communities.
